De Halve Maan Brewery, also known as Henri Maes Brewery is a family brewery in Brugge and the last active brewery within the city center. The property has a very long brewing history, with the town register mentioning in 1564 the existence of a brewery Die Maene. In 1856, Henri became owner of the property and, with the support of his uncle Canon Peter John Maes, he built Die Maene into a modern brewery De Halve Maan. Their offerings include:
